Frank Vaculin
CEO

Since joining two years ago as CEO, Frank has driven Spoke to become the largest Open Network for business people in the industry. Millions of people now discover and connect with each other using Spoke. Frank has a proven track record building successful companies. Frank was executive vice president at Ask Jeeves, where he launched Ask Jeeves Business Solutions, which accounted for half of the company's revenues. He was a member of the executive team that raised $120 million in the company's successful initial public offering. After Jeeves, Frank became CEO of Tealeaf Technologies where he directed the turn around of the company, taking them from pre-revenue to $4.5 million, raising over $12 million in top-tier venture capital funding. Frank has been responsible for up to $141 million in annual revenue, managing organizations from 50 to 400 employees, while aggressively driving growth and profitability. Frank has also held senior operations, marketing, and sales management positions at Borland International, Electronics for Imaging (EFI), and Software Publishing Corporation. Frank holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of San Francisco.

Kathryn Frankland
CFO & Vice President, Operations

Kathy joined Spoke in January 2006 bringing extensive leadership experience in finance, operations, client services and marketing. She is currently responsible for managing the finance, accounting, human resources and facilities operations of Spoke. Her wealth of management experience in startup and high growth environments in the information technology, internet services, software and telecommunications industries has been invaluable as Spoke continues on its trajectory of rapid growth. Prior to joining Spoke, Kathy served as Vice President, Chief Client Services Officer at CenterBeam, where she was e was responsible for developing the company's enterprise deployment and service delivery strategies and led the service delivery organization including technical sales engineering, professional services, project management and customer service. Prior to CenterBeam, Kathy has also held senior management positions at USWeb/CKS, Software Publishing Corporation, ROLM and Ford Aerospace. Kathy holds Economics degree from Stanford University and a MBA from Wharton.

Caryn Reddick
Vice President, Marketing & Products

Caryn joined Spoke in September 2005 with proven experience in product management and marketing at both startups and large enterprises. As Vice President of Marketing & Products, Caryn is responsible for marketing, overall product strategy, and product management for Spoke. Caryn joined Spoke from Siebel Systems, where she led product line and release management teams for Siebel CRM OnDemand, the company's hosted software division. Prior to Siebel, Caryn was responsible for core product line management and product marketing at UpShot Corporation, a pioneering hosted CRM company. Previous positions include marketing and sales systems management with Shaw Industries, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, and client consulting with Electronic Data Systems (EDS). Caryn holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech.
