Spoke Software Introduces Release 2.0
New sales lead network extends access of sales professionals to nearly 30 million people at over 500,000 companies
Palo Alto, CA - May 24, 2005—Spoke Software today announced general availability of a new release of its hosted web application, Spoke 2.0. The latest release of this innovative solution for sales professionals features enhanced search capabilities, sophisticated web crawling and content aggregation, corporate and financial information on over 500,000 North American businesses, and an entirely new streamlined user interface.
The Spoke 2.0 release also introduces a new offering, Spoke Pro, which provides, for the first time, the ability for individuals to gain access to Spoke's full set of advanced features for sales professionals—including advanced company search, account tracking, and integration to Salesforce.com™ and Siebel CRM OnDemand™. Spoke Pro can be licensed with a credit card from the www.spoke.com web site for an introductory price of $49 per month. Spoke also continues to offer a corporate product, Spoke Premium, which includes full training and customer support, as well as a free version, Spoke Basic, which has some feature limitations and is designed for non-sales users.

- Web data aggregation - In addition to crawling the web for information on people and companies, Spoke 2.0 aggregates data from a variety of web content, such as articles and biographies. Spoke is the only vendor to deliver a network of information built on email-based data, manually-gathered data, and web-based data.
- Enhanced search - The latest release introduces a "Quick Search" box for instantly running searches from multiple screens, as well as advanced company search that enables search by geography, vertical industry or company size to identify target accounts.
- Introduction of Spoke Pro - Previously only available for corporate customers, Spoke 2.0 introduces a new offering, Spoke Pro, which makes advanced features for sales professionals, such as SFA integration, account tracking, unlimited search, and company data, available for purchase by individuals as well.
