Kathryn Frankland Joins Spoke Software as Vice President, Client Services New executive position will help support Spoke's rapid market expansion

San Mateo, CA - January 30, 2006—Spoke Software, a provider of lead generation and sales prospecting solutions, today announced it has expanded its management team with the appointment of Kathryn Frankland as vice president, client services. In the newly created position, Frankland will be responsible for client service operations, including account management, customer service and support, and training, as well as oversee customer marketing and the development of expanded service offerings.

Prior to joining Spoke, Frankland served as vice president and chief client services officer at CenterBeam, a leader in IT infrastructure outsourcing, where she developed the company's enterprise deployment and service delivery strategies and led the service delivery organization, including technical sales engineering, professional services, project management and customer service. Before CenterBeam, Frankland held numerous leadership positions at USWeb/CKS. She holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Stanford University and a master of business administration from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
