Q. How do I become a Spoke Member?

A. To join Spoke, please go to www.spoke.com and click the "Join Spoke" button.

Q. My information in Spoke is wrong. How do I update it?

A. You can update your information in Spoke by updating your Spoke Profile for free. If you are a Spoke member, log into your Spoke account, select the Profile link, and click the Edit buttons to update your profile. You can also set privacy and contact preferences.

If you are not a member of Spoke, we encourage you to claim and update your profile. You can update your job history, contact information, favorite links, interests, education, and privacy preferences. You decide which information you would like to share, and you can choose your privacy and contact preferences. Go to www.spoke.com, search for your name, click your name to access your profile, then click the "This is me" button to update your profile and set privacy preferences.

If you are unable to find your profile, please go to www.spoke.com and click the "Claim your profile" link.

If you would prefer to permanently suppress your information from Spoke's directory, access your profile as described above, click the "This is me" button, select the "Learn more" link, then see instructions in the "How do I claim and update my Spoke Profile?" section.

Q. I no longer work for the company you have listed on my profile. How do I change it?

A. Like a resume or curriculum vitae, your Spoke Profile includes current job information as well as your job history. Sometimes an old job may be the most recent job information Spoke has about you. You can claim your profile and update your job history as well as contact information, favorite links, interests, education, and privacy preferences. To update your profile, go to www.spoke.com, search for your name, click your name to access your profile, then click the "This is me" button to update your profile and set privacy preferences.

Q. How do I change my Spoke username?

A. Your Spoke username is your primary e-mail address To change your username, log in to Spoke, select the Settings link, select Change Username, enter your new e-mail address, and click Save. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to your new e-mail address. Do we want to talk about spam filters?

Q. I have forgotten my Spoke password. How do I log in?

A. If you have forgotten your password, Spoke can e-mail it to you. Go to www.spoke.com, enter your e-mail address and click Submit.

Q. How do I change my password?

A. To change your password:

login to Spoke
select the "Settings" link
select the link labeled "Change my password"
enter your old and new passwords, and click Save

Q. What are the benefits of upgrading to a Spoke subscription, and how do I do this?

A. A Spoke subscription gives you access to more people, searches, and SpokeMails, as well as additional tools like list management to help you manage your prospects. If you would like to subscribe, log in to your Spoke account and select the Upgrade button at the top right to choose the right subscription level for you.

Q. How do I update my credit card information?

A. To update your credit card information, log in to your Spoke account, select the Settings link, select Billing Information, and click Update Credit Card Information.

Q. How do I add a colleague to my account?

A. If you would like to share lists and other Spoke information with your colleagues, Spoke offers group and Premium accounts. Please contact sales@spoke.com for more information.

Q. How do I cancel my account?

A. To cancel your account, log in to your Spoke account, select the Settings link, select Billing Information, select Change my Subscription, then select the "Cancel your account" link at the bottom of the page.
